One of our vocational programs is weaving, a practical and sustainable skill that has proven effective in helping participants generate income. Through hands-on training, beneficiaries learn weaving techniques, product design, and basic business skills related to production and sales. This skill allows them to create marketable products that can be sold within their communities and beyond.
After completing the training, we provide selected participants with startup support such as weaving materials, tools, and initial resources. This support enables them to immediately begin production and earn an income to support themselves and their families.
The individuals in the video are among those we have successfully trained in weaving and supported with startup assistance. Their progress demonstrates how vocational skills training can restore dignity, build confidence, and create sustainable livelihoods for refugees.
